Talkroute’s simplicity and ease of use are what I love most. It provides a seamless way to manage business calls, texts, and voicemails without needing expensive hardware. As an online e-commerce business, it's extremely important for us to be able to answer and respond to customer inquiries regardless of where our team members are located at a given moment. There are times we are in the office, at the warehouse, or on the road attending a tradeshow. Before we had to allow these sales leads to go to voicemail or have someone take a message for a call back resulting in loss of business. Nothing so far. If I was being super picky, I would like a way to change the routing schedules from the mobile apps. Currently this is only available on web and desktop. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
When the service works it runs great. however, their system drops calls daily and is inconsistent creating a negative impact on our own clients. For a phone service that promotes consistent reliable service, we have not had that experience since we started. We currently have a trouble ticket that has been unresolved since March and their development team is unable to provide an estimate as to when it will be completed.
When working with their customer service they ask for more and more data to be sent to them, with no positive results resulting from our legwork. We were informed that "No other clients have these issues, such as dropped calls or disconnections from their network. You (our company) are an isolated issue and Talkroute does not want to risk jeopardizing their large accounts stability to try to solve our issues."
If you are a small business owner I would highly suggest finding another company that shows they care about their clients no matter how small or large they are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Drops multiple calls daily from various user profiles and devices that include: Various Apple Devices, Windows/PC, their web app, their desktop app, and their cell phone app.
When addressed the IT department asks for redundant information from the client on a regular basis. Such as what devices are we using, our IP addresses and call logs. Our tech company has been using Talkroute for over 4 years. We rarely have an issue, but if we do, their chat support is outstanding! At any given time, I've been met with an immediate response and have always left with a resolution.

We have been using Talkroute at our real estate office for the past 2 years and it has been excellent! We use Talkroute for a bunch of daily operations but the most valuable features have definitely been the ability to route incoming calls to our team member's cell phones and the ability to register multiple phone numbers for our various marketing campaigns.
