What do you like best about Talkdesk?

The fact that you are able to aux quickly without any hassles and it does not automatically answer calls for you. It is also simple, straight forward and very easy to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

It sometimes does freeze and that prevents you from auxing on time and it also sometimes drops calls whilst you still speaking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It helps with making auxing swift and easy and that is benefitting me because I don't have troubles auxing should I be running late. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is very efficient, it does not only record the calls made but it keeps that record and with a few steps you can access those calls. I like Talkdesk because it is forever evolving. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is a powerful tool that we use daily to organize our call centre and support seven different languages. With Talkdesk, you can build flows for different scenarios and upload IVR messages without needing to know how to code. This makes it easy to create different scenarios and activate them when needed, such as during peak times.

We also appreciate the wide range of statistics that Talkdesk provides. Being able to see real-time statistics helps us manage our workflow and allows agents to exercise self-control.

If anything is unclear or if we need any assistance, Talkdesk support is always available and ready to help. We are always pleasantly surprised by how quickly their customer support team responds. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Sometimes, it can be difficult to understand the origin of specific statistical metrics without the ability to customize metrics. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows us to have different flows for the custom needs of each language we support. We have prepared a flow for the main issues, and we can react quickly when the situation occurs. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is communication effective meaning it allows communication between two parties, for example between QA and an agent. You can receive scores which results in it being user-friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
