Talkdesk is very easy to use and very user-friendly. We get notified when calls are coming in resulting in fewer missed calls and sellers waiting in the queue. We are also able to change to different status using the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It is not helpful when the system sometimes crashes and changes the status to offline due to system issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

When using Talkdesk, I found that is was a great improvement from the app our team previouslu was using as there are many more features including the call back option. I also liked the call connection sound and layout of the app was better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think one problem was the speech analytics not always determining certain words with different peoples accents and tones however it is great that we are able to update new phrases and make adjustments so that we get the appropriate credit for for meeting our business requirements during the call. it is very easy to use talkdesk , they have different number of features and it is very easy to implement and I get to use talkdesk every day. Talkdesk makes our jobs easy as customer support Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It gives me daily updates of my Quality assurance scores and tells me if I'm exceeding lunch or when I should aux on certain status, I use Talkdesk everyday and it makes life so easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Best when it comes to consolidation of reports, providing and capturing agent feedback after coaching sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
At times you get contradicting info, shows an agent as a different status only to find they are on another status e.g.: Agent would be on Available and on our side shows a different status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it changes your status automatically, but you still have the ability to change the status manually if neeed. I like the new AI feature as it helps speed up the wrap up times for calls. I really like that it types out the converstaions in text so you can go back and review if you need to while still in the call and right after the call without having to listen to the recording again. However somtimes the recording is needed so this is very benificial to still have the replay option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is it takes a long amount of time for the "activities" catagory to load after a call. You have to go out of after call work and then wait another 5-10 min before it wil load the call history recordings or the previous phone number that called.
