What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is very easy to use and very user-friendly. We get notified when calls are coming in resulting in fewer missed calls and sellers waiting in the queue. We are also able to change to different status using the app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

It is not helpful when the system sometimes crashes and changes the status to offline due to system issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talkdesk is solving the issue of not being notified when calls come in as we get to see the sellers details and we get to see the call come in before we even answer which gives us a chance to be prepared for the call which enables us to assist the customers efficiently. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

When using Talkdesk, I found that is was a great improvement from the app our team previouslu was using as there are many more features including the call back option. I also liked the call connection sound and layout of the app was better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

I think one problem was the speech analytics not always determining certain words with different peoples accents and tones however it is great that we are able to update new phrases and make adjustments so that we get the appropriate credit for for meeting our business requirements during the call. What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I think a great part about Talkdesk is the the layout of the app and the many available functions, its just seems more up to date then our previous system. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

It helps me maintain my AHT as I am able to track the amount of time I spend on a call. Helps me adhere to my work schedule, keeps me up to date with my quality scores Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Calls are not recorded immediately when you answer the call you have to wait at least 2 seconds before speaking for everything to be recorded Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Best when it comes to consolidation of reports, providing and capturing agent feedback after coaching sessions. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times you get contradicting info, shows an agent as a different status only to find they are on another status e.g.: Agent would be on Available and on our side shows a different status Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have multiple report that I work with, that needs to be cross-referenced to realtime data. Talkdesk grants me access to multiple realtime/live reports that for better refencing. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I like that it changes your status automatically, but you still have the ability to change the status manually if neeed. I like the new AI feature as it helps speed up the wrap up times for calls. I really like that it types out the converstaions in text so you can go back and review if you need to while still in the call and right after the call without having to listen to the recording again. However somtimes the recording is needed so this is very benificial to still have the replay option. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

The reason I gave it a 9 instead of a 10 is it takes a long amount of time for the "activities" catagory to load after a call. You have to go out of after call work and then wait another 5-10 min before it wil load the call history recordings or the previous phone number that called. I also think somtimes the AI feature can twist things and is not always accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
