When the seller calls in and their vehicle registration pops up, this gives you more time to quickly open the seller's profile and promptly glimpse what they are calling in about. Calls are recorded you able to go back and retrieve the calls.You can inform your employer/colleagues of your where abouts by auxing. The platform has tabs for different activities it is ease of integration. The platform is user friendly it is easy to navigate therefore is is easy to implement. You are eble to expand your knowledge of it by taking the training provided on it on Training collections. That i am able to listen to calls made previously, meaning talkdesk keeps all call logs and I am able to access them and get confirmation needed if necessary. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talk desk makes it easier for us to make and take calls and it is very easy to use.Talkdest also allows us to view our Quality assurance scores easily,in that way we are able to monitor our performance. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Talkdesk links into Salesforce very well. The data that you can pull across is a lot and gives you valuable insights to calls all in one place without having to run reports of different platforms Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
On the web based portal when you search for numbers (in my instance I was cleansing users and ring groups) if you do a search, select the one you want and then go back, it wipes your filters. the backend portal can be hard to navigate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is the side apps they help you stay updated with activities you have done, the reviews, and evaluations from the the quality assurance team. I like that it allows you to answer and shows the details of the person calling and the department they are calling from. It is very easy to use and you can consult between departments and a customer at the same call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'm not too fond of the dispositioning in the after-call Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The talk desk has made assessing simple, where we can get a call to listen too and a scorecard to mark as real-time feedback to the agents as they will get their scorecard in real-time, and listen to a call same time. Also, populate other stats; like most markdowns and stats for the data month year. Also easy to track customers' call history, and populate sellers' information when they call in as that eliminates time to request sellers' information. Easy, informative, and friendly. What I like about Talkdesk is that you can pick up your call and listen to it even if it is not your call but somebody else's call with another customer from the recorded calls of the day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
What I dislike about talkdesk is that we are not able to do video calls like zoom meetings and there are also no alarm for next activity that we need to aux on. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
