I like that is easy to use, and easy to log in and check your daily activity. it has an easy interface. you can check the numbers of outbound/ inbound calls in a specific period and you can also listen to them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I think it has a bug because sometimes when you change your status from the window app (small window from the picture attached) it does not update the status in the application itself ( the one in the web browser) and you need to double-check the status, especially when you log in Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I really like that you listen to all your past calls, you can easily sort through your past calls, and organize your voicemails effectively. I love the email notifications we get when we receive a voicemail, which is helpful when you're away from your desk. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I dislike how you're unable to see your missed calls easily, and you can't see when you have a call coming in on your other line, when you're already on the phone. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The control over the phone queues, everything being easy to integrate and we have been able to give more information to agents. Both reporting, easy access to quality scores, and live monitoring. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use the QM assist and work through phone evaluations as well as other channels. For the evaluations, I do wish we had more information if it was in regards to a call available. Like the phone number, disposition, call duration especially for AI scored calls. Also the ability to share links to a call within talkdesk would be nice as well. A filter by evaluator would be nice as well for keeping track of items completed. Agents would like the option to extend a call wrap at the end of the call screen.
Their support team is not always quick to respond and has had trouble resolving some issues quickly. When there is a known issue I feel like they don't share it easily like other partners do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

For the virtual environment, The enhancements have been a game changer. Having the ability to work in the virtual environment has been very helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best about Talkdesk is the innovative technology. Taldesk software becomes cloud-based, allowing account verification codes to be separated, managing encrypted messages, establishing strategies to achieve results, creating excellent impression management tools, and promoting communication work. The calls are not always consistently routed to available agents. Even if another agent has been active and available for a considerable time, incoming calls are routed to my queue because I just joined the queue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It connected to all the cotries and numbers imidietly and very promptly. s that was an outstanding feature, and the external phone trnsfer featere was unique loved that feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The nunbers used to get spamed and hen the connectivity had become low after the customers started to register it under the spam list, soo that is the only thing I did not like Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Ease of use and administration. The service is quick and provides a ton of offerings. One of the best things about TalkDesk is its ease of Studio Flow creation. This service lets us tailor our solution to our exact needs. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have the Elevate license package with custom reporting added on and get so many features for much lower than our previous provider. We get tools to improve performance, monitor call volume live, provide an easy knowledge base to our team, and have full control over altering our system at any time without engaging support. The chat and email flows are definitely newer features for TalkDesk and are evolving. They're a little clunky at times and not as customizable as we would like, but perfectly functional and easy to use.
