What do you like best about Talkdesk?

The interface is pretty simple no big science behind a phone call , once you get the basic, speed dialing is the ease thing to do from there , I like having the visual of whats happing in the call , time , rec , what default line , etc Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

I don'tike the bug where as im dialing if a call comes in that second , it might even just show the default interface or a dialing number screen with no timer no buttons no nothing , and the ringging sound in both cases , dont kjnow if im wating on an incoming call , dialing a number , or just whatever , but i have to hard restart talk desk to get back on track Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Organized and user-friendly. Easy access to recordings so when it is your turn to evaluate calls you will be able to find them with no problem. One thing I do like is the design, the colors and the organization. Whenever I started working with the platform and was receiving training about it, it was really easy for me to be able to understand exactly how to work it. I also like a lot the fact that it allows us as quality assurance to have easy access to previous reports and calls, so when we have calibrations and meetings we can just go back, access and play the calls. What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

After some minutes of no use, you have to reload the page to be able to access calls again. The first time this happens is a bit confusing but once you remember you will know you just have to open the link again. It would honestly be better if this did not happen since it kind of puts a little rock on the way whenever you come back from a break or a meeting and you have not been using it. It is no big deal since you just have to open the link again and it will work perfectly it just takes seconds to do it but I would appreciate not having to do it. What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

It allows me to be more efficient in my job and to be able to have easy access to previous recordings for calibrations and feedback. Also, when it comes to up training and learning new features it is really easy to do. I also appreciate how fast they are to respond to questions we may have about the platform and give really clear answers about any issues we may encounter. I don't think there is so much to solve since it is a pretty well-built website and it has all the tools we need to be able to accomplish all of our activities. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

From user perspective, it's simple yet effective tool. Quality is great and all the calls are stored. Recording's never have any issues and the call quality is pretty good. From an administrator perspective, creating dashboards is a great feature to get an overall view. Coaching is also an amazing tool, allowing you to guide the agent through difficult cases. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Most helpful is that you receive calls in time and as a team leader you can monitor them live. One of the best thing is that it has extension in chrome and you can make outbound calls with just one click. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

This platform is good. There is some bugs, which almost every platform has but they are working to make it better, so I think you should proceed to report a problem and wait a bit. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Recommendations to others considering Talkdesk:

I recommend reporting every single issue you may face their support team can help you in almost every case. Just for you to know this platform does not provide automated outbound calls for the partners that called. E.G. if a partner called you and it needs to be evaluated they can callback every single of them but if you want to call back to partners for every 5th call (Not everyone to bother them) you could not do that here.

Shows missed calls when the Agents had not received any calls at the start of their shifts.

Abruptly disconnects calls.

Not being able to download calls from Feedback report.

Currently, we have reported the system disconnecting calls abruptly with no resolution.
