What do you like best about Talkdesk?

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Building reports and finding reports is quite complexe. Lots of options and difficult to make sure you are getting the results you need. Difficult to find call recordings. Charges time for transferred calls after the transfer is done. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Configured nicely with Zendesk, I like our CSM and AE, relatively user friendly Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Pushy for 2+ year contracts, the desktop app can be annoying to resize/allows sits on top of screens, glitchy and very sensitive to internet connection Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

One of the great things about Talkdesk is that it's straightforward to use, has a simple UI and allows you to make calls easily. It's easy to keep track of inbound and outbound calls, allows you to add contacts, and quickly identify regular callers. It's easy to track what users are doing and the reporting part is really neat. You can create dashboards to keep track of specific metrics that are most important to you. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Nothing at the moment, encountered few bugs and downtime here and there but nothing serious to be dissatisfied with. Everything works well most of the time and causes no issues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We use taldesk to make outbound calls and receive inbound calls, It's easily integrated into other platforms and offers consistent service. Calling to foreign numbers is also really neat, typifying calls and checking recordings is essential for evaluations. Coaching is also vital to help out with difficult cases. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Realtime verification of the agents status, we are able to hear real live calls, change status, skills and configurations, also has a lots of reports that are available for daily duties Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk has a lot of bugs, with no reason agents stop hearing the customers and vice versa, they are not able to see sometimes the chats until they restart the app, not always works the templates, the connection with the client programs doesb't works correctly. If the agent had a power outage or internet outage the system let them connect creating issues when they got any type of interactions creating a bad experience to the customers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
