What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is a highly recommended tool, with which you can communicate by telephone with customers, as well as perform a wide range of call follow-ups and reports to take into account and have a continuous improvement of the service provided. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I personally really like how visually pleasing the interface is along with the intuitive nature. The integration with Salesforce worked fairly well Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Setting up users for how my company wants them, is a little longer of a process than our previous system. We also experienced a good amount of our calls getting blocked as spam, or the calling system being down altogether Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk requires a good internet network, at the point when the representatives have a good network, it has been very reliable. It blends with the Salesforce procedures through the buttons, no coding is required. The integration is pretty tight, We have encountered some minor issues, but they were easily resolved. The registrar scores a 10 for usability, I think it is the best representation of its kind that I have observed in different parts, it is very intuitive. In spite of the fact that, the contact core tab that is required to be kept up is not at all amazing. It's not very defined, the representatives don't take into account the voice email section and it may possibly be quite optimal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

On certain occasions, error replies are not clear inside the video calls, the reasons why the number was not effective may not be evidently clear to an advisor. Stories have increased, however the ability to make stories through telephones is slow, clumsy and complicated to use. It is not possible to observe missed calls or voicemails on the identifier, it must possess a tab that is available. I know it is a design alternative to preserve the GPS screen as simple as possible, however it would be wonderful to be able to observe this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

The word Talkdesk is used in marketing, sales and finance. It is very mixed with respect to Salesforce, and has been used in order to increase the speed of response and transparency of actions, within sales. It is possible to execute and measure prospect response times accurately, in addition to initiating CRM automation from the moment a conversation is completed. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is a company that is really innovating Cx with a realistic look at what works by relaying on customer feedback.

There tier 2 and 3 for support is in Europe sometimes you have to wait an entire day for an answer. Although they have be come better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

When Talkdesk changed to Workspace, it still was never fully complete with the transition from Legacy to Workspace. It still does not have the functionality of seeing who is assigned to what number. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

It is user friendly system. If you need support, you can call their phone number or email them. Their reponse time is fairly quick . What I also like is their Guarian Report which reports issue quickly and efficently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

The fact that if a call gets tranferred to our third party provider we are still billed for it. Also, there are many reports to extract but with some practice it is clear and effective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
