What do you like best about Talkdesk?

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Ease of reporting, live monitoring, studioflows - covers my company's emergency line needs 7 days a week! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Can be a bit lenghty to get customer service to respond but they always get the issue resolved. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Able to accurately run individualized and group reports to gather data - extremely helpful in finding the peak hours needing coverage and the dispositions allowed us to track percentages for call types to strengthen skill sets Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I like the format and the way it is designed should be for optimum experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is not user friendly and the consistency in errors is more constant than the reliability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We only are allowed the basic version of talkdesk and that is not optimal for our needs. As a team, we do wonder if we were given the full use of what Talkdesk has to offer if it would be more beneficial. However, this version does not lend itself to ease of our purposes. It's difficult to filter through contacts, the filter system as a whole is lacking and does not make running reports beneficial. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

TalkDesk offers a state of the art incoming and outgoing phone channel experience. Calls route correctly and can be dispostioned with little effort. Reporting for queue calls is accurate and detailed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

TalkDesk support interactions have been the most challenging part of the experience so far. We have had some open tickets that have not been solved in several months but TalkDesk has let us know that they are still working towards a solution.
