The best of Talkdesk are with its rich-features and fast implementation that make customer support easy to handle. Nothing is too complicated and easy to operate by our agents. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Most of the management (call routing, reporting, admin settings) are all easy to use. Call Trees are powerful and useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Their support is disappointing and frustrating since they dropped their dedicated account managers. There's always another feature or something being pushed and it always seems to be for an additional fee. Their mobile app has quality issues, and doesn't provide push notifications for simple things like new incoming SMS messages. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

We maintain over 100 phone numbers routing to internal and external users. Managing who can make and take calls from each number is daunting but possible through their tools. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Easy implementation by TalkDesk because they need no installation and work on the cloud based. We integrate it with Microsoft Team to help managing customer data and communication between Agents. Many features to revamped AI analysis and automation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

One of the things that attracted us to Talkdesk was the ability for us to use our IT team to develop our use of the solution over time, without the need for expensive PS work. Talkdesk has a good range of features and is very user-friendly for front-line agents. The support has also been excellent so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Implementation wasn't quite as smooth as we hoped, although the rarely are Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk make customer support platform convenience and easy to work with. The self service authentication process accelerate identity validation by using voice biometrics. We use Talkdesk daily and found no flaw with the system. This applicationhas providing all the tools that we need to sucessfully managing a call center. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
