What do you like best about Talkdesk?

The best thing about Talkdesk is its staff is amazing and if you are looking at a new Cloud Contact center solution this would be a great fit for your Org because it is easy to stand up in a short period of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

TD is very inuitive and was well accepted by our agents without hours of training. The implementation was quite easy due to low code / no code, and with the help of TD's customer support, we went through very quickly.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

The fact, that you cannot create your own report without paying for an extra licence, is not understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It's can easy give notification about any activities and easly give access to QA scores without having to ask for an email from quality assessors. Gives different options when you want to go else where, like on break, lunch, training or coaching. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
