I like the fact that I have control over the statuses.

I like that it monitors my work productivity accurately.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

The notifications you receive after being evaluated. It keeps you posted and also pops up when a call comes through. The views for managers are amazing, easier to use and manuever. The ease of implementation makes its more perfect. Customer support is always available to assist. I frequently use it, almost everyday. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

This is about the MAC application: I can't change the sound settings, I need to keep changing my headset volume every time I receive a call

Edit: Rate changed - When I take the lunch and the computer gets the Lock Screen for inactivity, the application automatically set me to offline, and this cause me paying problems. Maybe you should change this status after long periods of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Its very customizable, it has tons of widgets you can use for real time analysis and monitoring, as well as it gives many reports options for different metrics, which can be very personalised. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

the live reporting option can be a bit slow at times, in a sense that it's being updated with a delay. what i dislike at this point is that the software does not give the user the option to manually request a call from the queue Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I really love using the copilot feature to keep track of a conversation and be able to retrieve numbers and other key details from customer calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do not like that the aplication is locked ontop of all other windows unless minimizied, also I find that it pulls alot of resources and banwith to run at times. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
