What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Only when the system kicks you out while you are online and you realize you're now offline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Talkdesk helps to handle all calls (inbound and outbound). In a contact center environment, when dealing with customers, you sometimes need clarity from the previous calls from different agents. With Talkdesk you can always pick up all recorded calls and get the clarity you want. This benefits you with a good call flow with customers and having exceeding expectations to customers. What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Year by year they are improving the visual space and making incoming and outgoing calls easier to follow. I also have high hopes for the reporting impovements they made over this last year. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

I pull reports from this product weekly and I am concerned about maintaining data in the same format with the new changes... time will tell. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before Talkdesk, we used network phones to manage our calls and now everything is in one place and I don't have to move through different data sources. At this time we have just made this our one stop location for all our calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

I am able to see my update,it is easy to use and simple, i am able to see my Quality Assurance update everyday which motivates me the most.i am able to Aux for breaks and lunch using talkdesk. it's the most easiest system to use especially to see where i need to improve when i am assisting the customer on the call what i do wrong and when. We currently take all of our customer service telephone calls through Talkdesk, which allows us to easily manage multiple different customers globally.
