What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

It does disconnect without notice on occasion which is a bit inconvenient - especially if you aren't on all of the time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Talkdesk solving and how is that benefiting you?

I know that we submitted the issue with it disconnecting randomly and that it is being investigated. It will be beneficial to have resolved as quickly as possible because it affects the amount of time that we show on certain channels. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like that I can view my performance score and how I have been marked regarding call quality and profile verification. Also, I'm able to read feedback and fix where I need to fix on my calls to improve my call quality score Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes it can freeze and have some technical issues

Quality scores and coaching. talk desk notifies you once your call is marked and the call quality assurer can write feedback based on your call and note down errors to fix and areas of development, that way you will know what you need to do on calls to provide the best customer service. There's not much really I can say except for that frightening notification while on a call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Problems such as not being able to update status accordingly in line with what you are busy with at that moment, This is benefiting me well to a larger extent as I am able to Aux through different statuses throughout the day, Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

After a call, we can take notes, making us aware of the problem and remember what the conversation was between an agent and seller. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Well the timer given to take notes is short (60 seconds) and also sometimes we have an issue of the call note not being captured on Zendesk(compy software) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk is extremely easy to navigate as a customer support rep. It is able to track your conversations and create an AI summary within seconds, which can be very helpful on a time crunch. Talkdesk also allows you to re-listen to your calls easily. Talkdesk is constantly working on upgrading their features and smoothing out any glitches that may occur. What do you dislike about Talkdesk?

Talkdesk can sometimes have glitches and technical issues that can disrupt calls, however in my experience the issues are esclated and resolved very quickly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
