What do you like best about Tact?

Personally, I think having Salesforce data at your fingertips and through your phone is so much easier to use than SFDC on a PC. I have found that it saves me lots of time throughout my day, and is less cumbersome. I have become a big fan of this app and will continue to use it more for my daily tasks. You can log a day worth of calls in what used to take 10x the time on a PC. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tact?

I think there could be an improved mapping system. In other words, the map only shows what you have added into tact in a particular area. But there is so much more data on SFDC in a certain area. You could still be driving by a customer without knowing they are there because you have never been to the site.

I also wish there was a more robust search when it came to employee/company because some companies have hundreds of locations and it is often difficult to find the one you need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am logging all my calls, opportunities, notes, tasks, etc. Basically everything I do every day, I am doing it through Tact except email. I have not made that transition but am impressed it is available. The benefit that sticks out the most is ease of use and time. What do you like best about Tact?

Tact provides an easy and intuitive interface that consolidates all of the most important information into readily available and actionable menu options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tact?

The only challenge that I've found particularly cumbersome is the steps necessary to link an external calendar event created outside of SFDC (by a customer for instance) into an existing opportunity. The option exists to open the meeting and create a sales visit, but there isn't a way to associate that visit with a particular opportunity or account plan. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Leverage the Voice to Text capabilities when planning meetings or entering data - it's shaves minutes off of every entry. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Tact solving and how is that benefiting you?

Time management is a key factor in my frequent utilization of Tact. Entering tasks, sales visits, etc...is very simple and the mobile interface allows me to do this anywhere - whether at the office or sitting in the car before/after a customer sales meeting. What do you like best about Tact?

Tact incorporates your contacts, all of their critical information, Accounts, and new business opportunities all in one easy-to-access package. And integrates them so you can easily update and track progress on critical opportunities. I carry my phone with me everywhere I go, so I now have very quick access to all of that information. What do you dislike about Tact?

Not always easy to work on my phone with fat fingers, so when I'm in the office I tend to do what I can on my laptop, and fill in with Tact where I need. The nice feature, however, is that the work I do on my laptop will sync with Tact through the Salesforce.com App. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tact?

Tact helps me keep track of my daily planning as well as keeping me up to date on his my opportunities are progressing it keeps me on top of things in a world where you need to be Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tact?

Initially the data input was painful , for mine I struggle with putting data in on a small phone ( I phone 6) I gave poor eyesight and fat fingers Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tact?

The access to all the data of my customers and the ease to go to the opportunitité of SFDC in order to modify it or to complete data.

After each sales visits Tact give us the possibilité to resume the visits directly in the account ou opportunity.

What do you like best about Tact?

The Tact app gives me contact and account information in a centralized location. The mapping feature in the app gives me visibility to contacts and accounts in the area that I have scheduled sales calls. The Tact app helps me coordinate my schedule of calls and document results. It’s been a great tool to keep me organized and give me visibility to what accounts and contacts that my counterparts in HIS have called on. What do you like best about Tact?

I like when I’m in a new account I like that you can bring up the map to see other accounts in the area. Plus I can see when someone opens an email I sent. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Tact?

When I try to add a new account on my phone the App locks up and doesn’t store the information. I then have to go to my computer and enter it through Salesforce. I have the current 3.28.3 version on my phone that just did this. That it doesn’t lineup with my iPad keypad when using my iPad. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tact?

What do you dislike about Tact?

Lack of editing ability over contacts “on the fly”.

Desperately need landscape view for those of us using iPad with keyboard.

Lack of integration between outlook/Tact... Easier to add meetings to calendar in outlook but then need to “add to Salesforce” in Tact. Should be able to put in meetings in outlook calendar and have it show in Tact and Salesforce. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Tact?

While on the road as an outside sales rep I’m able to log each call with tact after I leave the client and upload it to my Salesforce.

What do you like best about Tact?

being able to input data of line, been able to udate calender and oppurtunties with out access to laptop

oppurtunites are split into each Quarter of the year
