## TablesReady Reviews
  ### 1. Simple and User-Friendly, But Needs an Android App

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** David L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 28, 2025

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

The simplicity of it has been great. No matter if your tech savvy or not you can figure out out and configure the settings.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

I wish they had an android version of the app. I am apple myself but have some staff that would rather use android. We do use just the website to work around this.

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We are a photo ops company and use it to notify our customer when their specialty items are ready for them to pick up. We were using. Users but kept losing them and having to worry about the range.

  ### 2. Tablesready for use outside of restaurant

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Karen J. | Director, Experiential, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2025

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

We host events with activations that get pretty long lines. We found Tablesready and it works out perfectly where guests can add themselves to a queue and instead of standing in line the entire time- we notify them when it's their turn. It's easy to set-up and easy to train the activation staff.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

I haven't found any downsides yet but we've only used it for two events.

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tablesready allows our guests to have a better experience. Where they once had to wait in line for almost the full duration of the event, they are now able to enjoy all aspects of the event and be notified when it's their turn for a particularly popular activation.

  ### 3. Affordable and easy to use queueing system

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ashley C. | Adoption Program Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 29, 2024

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

1. Affordability -- As a non-profit, this is huge. (We switched away from a competitor because they kept raising prices while also taking away features.)
2. Flexibility -- The ability to do both walk-ins and appointments on one system was essential for us, and we like the ability to add another location if needed.
3. Customizability -- We're a pet adoption center that offers a wide range of services. We were able to customize everything to work across multiple programs.
4. Customer Service -- I've gotten prompt, friendly, and helpful responses from support when I reached out!
5. Analytics -- Having the ability to upload analytics into Excel has made the life of this data nerd SO much better.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

Literally only one top "complaint" -- There is no calendar view for appointments, only a list view. This has truly been the only major gripe people have had with TablesReady. It isn't a deal-breaker for us, but it is why I'd rate TablesReady a 9/10 instead of 10/10.

The mobile website isn't great depending on what type of phone you use (It seems to work better on Android), but if you're able to select "View Desktop Page" (or a similar option) on your phone's browser settings, you should be able to do everything you need from your phone.

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TablesReady allows us to manage appointments and walk-ins without breaking the budget.

  ### 4. TablesReady helps my business immensely

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Katelyn L. | Business Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 24, 2025

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

TablesReady saves my customers frustration and helps streamline my operations as we check shoppers out during our busiest times.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

It is important that the line host stays on top of the application to ensure success and quell any potential confusion.

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have some very busy shopping times and use TablesReady as a line management system for our shoppers. It works very well.

  ### 5. Overall has been amazing!

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Sports | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 25, 2024

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

Tables ready has been super great at taking our long waitlist (which was on paper) and created a whole different experience. This has gotten people in and out quickly without people coming up to our desk every 5 minutes to see where they are at. This was super easy to implement with out staff as well! Overall super easy and I love the amount of features it provides for us.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

As of right now we do not have any downside to usuing tables ready

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We were usuing a paperwait list and with over 35 people waiting it becomes hard to management. This allowed us to see real time of how long people are waiting, a bridge in communication to get people off the waitlist and served quicker, and eliminate shouting for the next guest or trying to find them.

  ### 6. Meets our business requirements perfectly.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Toufic M. | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 12, 2024

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

The functionlaity of the waitlist and the public page showing our customers their posistion in the queue.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

not being able to add custom feilds to show in the public page waitlist.

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

we use it at a car wash and its giving us the option to notify our cutomers when thier vehicle are reeady and they can see their position in the queue

Easy to send texts to customers

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

Would like to see waitlist be added to the schedule menu

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I run a 16 lane bowling alley that is first come first served, tables ready helps me let customers know that their lanes are ready to be used.

  ### 8. A great product and a better value than the competition

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Casey H. | IT Consultant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2023

**What do you like best about TablesReady?**

TablesReady doesn't try to do too many things at once. The features it had work well and reliably. They do continue to innovate, fixing things, and adding functionality, and they do it at a manageable pace. All waitlist and reservation software is overpriced, but TablesReady provides the best value among the many I've tried.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

The interface could use a refresh. It's a little dated. Hey, hey, at least it works!

**What problems is TablesReady solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It provides waitlist management it a way that is easy for us to use and that our guests enjoy.

  ### 9. Efficient system for queue management

We use Tablesready for a client's restaurant and app. The sheer simplicity of it really is it's great selling point as it was super easy to train the staff.

**What do you dislike about TablesReady?**

We have some gripes with the implementation but the support team was able to help us. Translation for another language still missing.
