What do you like best about Synergita?
Simple and easy configurable online tool for performance management system in a lesser price. Excellent features like goals management, Employee engagement,Employee development,360 degree feedback. I am especially impressed with the feature called continuous feedback where it enables the periodic reviews and recognition.

What do you like best about Synergita?
Synergita is comprehensive and flexible, meeting the requirements of our company, which is distributed across multiple geographies. They support different appraisal review processes and templates for each department. The user experience is good, and our employees use it without formal training. “Voice notes” option in continuous feedback is great. What do you like best about Synergita?

What do you like best about Synergita?
360-degree feedback was a novel process to us, but it was made easier and seamless by Synergita. Our employees, even in this remote working scenario, take a genuine interest in others’ growth and give anonymous feedback to their peers. This improves the overall culture score of the workforce as we introduce training programs based on accurate reports from 360-degree feedback on each employee’s performance.
