What do you like best about Symprex Email Signature Manager?

Does what it is supposed to do and creates email signature without any bugs or crashes. Only reason I know it is on my computer is because of the icon on the startup menu. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symprex Email Signature Manager?

What do you like best about Symprex Email Signature Manager?

The program was easy to use and setup. You can create many different signatures or one using different settings that are pulled depending on your needs. I have a client i use it at that has one AD but three companies. I have one signature that pulls a different logo depending on an attribute i have set in AD Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Symprex Email Signature Manager?

I do not like that it is hosted on-prem and not in the cloud. Having a product that is hosted makes it much easier to get out to remote users that do not use a VPN or are not in any way connected to the corp office. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Symprex Email Signature Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?

Using it to have a standard signature for all users in the company. When you have titles changing all the time or corp logos that need to be updated, having a central place to make those changes makes things much easier. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

good product overall but needs tweaking in order to get right. the interface to add people as admins or deploy the signature is not great but it is a good start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The problem we solved is that everyone was doing their own thing and made it look unprofessional. Benefits are that we can update everyone's signature as needed when logo or other company policies require it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
