Marketing flexibility – being able to roll out banners, CTAs, and campaigns instantly across the business is a huge win. Reliability – once it’s set up, it just works quietly in the background with minimal ongoing effort. We used it for our on-premise Exchange and really liked it. It never failed on us. The user experience is very straightforward, and it was easy to implement. You can create many different signatures or one using different settings that are pulled depending on your needs. I have a client i use it at that has one AD but three companies. I have one signature that pulls a different logo depending on an attribute i have set in AD **What do you dislike about Symprex Email Signature Manager?** I do not like that it is hosted on-prem and not in the cloud. Having a product that is hosted makes it much easier to get out to remote users that do not use a VPN or are not in any way connected to the corp office. **What problems is Symprex Email Signature Manager solving and how is that benefiting you?** Using it to have a standard signature for all users in the company. When you have titles changing all the time or corp logos that need to be updated, having a central place to make those changes makes things much easier. ### 4. Benefits are that we can update everyone's signature as needed when logo or other company policies require it. ### 7.
