It's been seamless for everyone who has had to use it not only to use it effectively but also to find features that make their work simpler and more seamless. It's been a hit so far. 1. Simple and very intuitive design helps definitely to get along with the tool quickly. Generally the design may be relevant for organizations that have certain survey fatigue of their regular respondents.
2. Easy cross-group analysis (aka. Filter & Compare Mode). It makes life easier if you have subgroups you would like to look into based on their reponse. Super easy to use and helped me out to avoid using SPSS or R for this matter. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
1. Some advanced feauters for very nitty-gritty conditional design are still missing. For 98 of 100 uses you won't need them but still sometimes you try to work around it.
2. Report page has a bit of litter that makes it less easy to just copy/paste in filter&compare mode. So you need clean it a bit. Ideally, you would be able to just copy by column. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

User-Friendly Interface:
The interface is very intuitive which made it easy for use to create surveys. Moreover we got positive feedback from respondents.
Conversational Surveys:
Our respondent pointed out the conversational interface which made the NPS survey stand out.
Multi-Channel Distribution:

We've been using Survey Sparrow for most of our user interactions, from filling out questionnaires to receiving feedback and suggestions to collect data. Not only Survey Sparrow provides us the robust tools to do that effortlessly, it efficiently manages our responses, generates automatic reports which are readable, analytical and presentable. Lately, we've been using it to automatically collect user feedback during new UI/UX workflows , especially when flows break, to get real human feedback that allows our engineers to prioritize fixes to eradicate the issues. This also extends to integerating it with our own apps. Building integrations is extremely easy and their extensive docs help us to get in speed and implement it with our in-house solutions extremely fast. There are also a number of integerations available, which makes it easy to implement SurveySparrow in any solution.
The customer support is top-notch. Extremely friendly and helpful, and really easy to reach out to. Regardless of the plan, they are always there to help.

Hmm, that's kind of tough. Our only complain will be pricing. Some really cool features are locked at higher pricing tiers which I would like to ripple down to base tiers for SMCs. Also, the question type is quite limited, and I would like the ability to build more complex form and interaction workflows. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We only doing occasional surveys, about 4-5x a year, and I was looking for a product that would offer a high level of customization and question types for a low-commitment duration.
Surveysparrow did just that -- I enjoyed the clean, user-friendly formatting. And the ability to include partial responses in your data is essential.

Without the ability to export the data to google sheets, I don't think the product would have been worth it for us. The default data presentation didn't work for us and needed a lot of manipulation to get the insights we needed. This isn't necessarily unexpected, but some more flexibility, or at least optimizing how data exports to Google Sheets/Excel/Etc. would be helpful.

UI/UX is clean, simple, and easy to use from both the admin and participant end. Customer service is fantastic and will support you every step of the way. If there is a feature missing, you can ask your sales partner and they will speak to developers about implementing it. I do wish the appearance of the 360 survey itself was more customizable. The very first and last pages that provide information about the survey look kind of janky and don't offer much in the way of text/formatting customizability. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My team uses SurveySparrow on a weekly basis to gather user feedback. I appreciate the ease of use and the design of the surveys. The forms are resposive, they look good on many devices. So many solutions on the market have very outdated graphic design, so that's something really unique - and it increases the response rate. Furthermore, there is a wide range of helpful integrations.
