Survey sparrow is so easy to use and has every feature you could ever need or want! Great reporting features, the ability to use multiple formats and logic flows in a single survey. You can also embed videos, photos, voice features and more! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I use SurveySparrow to collect data from my email copywriting prospects.
