What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

It produces attractive surveys that are a good experience for the participant. The interface is fairly straightforward and attractive on the backend too. There are good reporting features and export formats (e.g. to SPSS, CSV, and Google Sheets). I really like the audio questions, which automatically transcribe the participants answer as they speak. I can see that being very useful in my work. The branching and display logic is good, allowing control for blocks of questions as well as individual questions and answer options within a question. It allows piping. There are options for scheduling emails and reminders. It's easy to create different links that you can use to track the different channels through which you are sharing your survey. After using it for a year in our company of 16 people, we have decided that the features are good enough that we can switch away from Qualtrics, which has become cost prohibitive. I also like that there are options to push the data automatically to Google Sheets. Customer support is also good, with quick answers to questions via the chat. What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?

You can only do simple modifications to the style of individual questions (e.g. bold or italics). If you want to change font size, you have to use custom CSS at the survey level, and you can't do it at the individual question level. The ability to code data within the platform is limited, as you can only add one tag field to the data. The automated reports are a bit of a pain to customize. Overall, however, it is a great value. What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

The SurveySparrow team has incredible customer service. From initial contact, to sale, to implementation, their team was helpful, informative, and extremely thorough. In addition to this, their tools and solutions are actually really great. The surveys are intuitive and easy to build, and the reporting options are more robust than you would think. What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

So far this platform is really good and well made but if i were to say something i dislike it would be the amount of bugs i encounter on a daily basis. What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

We've used survey sparrow to send surveys for almost two years. I've found the platform, the sales team and the support to be excellent. I appreciate the ability to customize every survey and even tweak existing surveys even after sending them out. What I find most helpful is the ability to integrate with Zapier. This integration helps reduce the time spent by automating key areas, such as adding a new contact whenever a new merchant is added to our CRM. I wear a lot of hats in my position, and I love anything that saves precious time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?

After months of use, the one caveat would be that we service thousands of merchants and would like to survey each of them, EVEN when they own multiple businesses. However, I can't survey a merchant more than once unless they have different emails. Not the greatest experience as we have numerous merchants with one login or one key person who deals with the accounts, so an improvement to this would be to allow multiple merchants to have the same email contact. This improvement would then allow me to survey them when needed instead of choosing the 'most important account' to survey instead.

Another issue I encountered was that there is no DO NOT Contact list automatically created. I had to make this manually and then delete the contact; this can be improved upon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

SurveySparrow was easy to use, inexpensive, and allowed logic to be used at the lowest level. I appreciated the number of people able to respond also for the entry level pricing. We really didn't have anything we disliked other than options for more suitable backgrounds. That might be completely on us for lack of knowledge or not available at a lower price level. What do you like best about SurveySparrow?

What I like best about SurveySparrow is how easily and quickly you can make a customized survey that is attractive and makes your targets want to answer! Many of the features (bulk questions, how to layout the questions, move them around, add logic) are common to other survey applications. However, the facilities for making it look "fun," the facilities for adding your own background / logo to make it look "yours" - they are superior to what I have used before. AND their sales team? Individual attention, a quick zoom meeting to ferret out what you need, and a solution customized to you. As I said: Wow! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveySparrow?

The only thing I dislike about SurveySparrow, I dislike about all Survey apps. Will the survey give us the information we seek? I guess on this one for me, this time, the jury is still out.
