Employee's stats will be represented by radar charts, based on these charts we can ensure what to improve. **What do you dislike about SurveySparrow 360 Assessments?** There is nothing as dislike except the non availability of wide range of charts **What problems is SurveySparrow 360 Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is used to check the performance of the employees ### 2. It gave us tons of ideas for new questions and fields we should be adding to them to get as much info as possible. I also really like how easy and smooth it works. Looks very professional **What do you dislike about SurveySparrow 360 Assessments?** Not a huge deal but I think the support response times could do with a bit of a boost. When we run into a problem that needs support, it's usually at least semi-urgent, but most of the time it takes a while for someone to get in touch **What problems is SurveySparrow 360 Assessments solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use SurveySparrow 360 to manage our peer reviews. We design and send out the surveys, and chart the data all from SurveySparrow. And we have it synced to our HR tool so the responses get sent over instantly. Peer feedback was an important project for us and we though it would be much harder to design a system for it than it has been thanks to SurveySparrow. Definitely recommend it ### 3.
