The best part about SurveyMonkey is how easy it is to utilize the platform, from signing up/logging in to generating surveys, sharing surveys, and finally collecting and analyzing the data. Everything is so fluid and seamless right from the start that the consumer doesn't have to worry about anything. The first thing to highlight about surveymonkey is how easy to use and configure, anyone with a minimum of knowledge could set up your survey, the dozens of features and functionality that makes available to us to have the greatest acceptance in our survey is amazing, another positive factor is the low prices offered by the platform, are very affordable and the return on investment can be very good and fast if you know what you do, also has an excellent adaptability to any electronic device and unparalleled security that guarantees you answers and real data. I have only had problems with the links embedded in the surveys, there are times when they do not work and I lose time and customers but it is very rare when it happens. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
