What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

I like the way that surveys can be used for many different topics, ideas, and business models. I've been using it for various companies to further their efforts to give insights for their goods and services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

Sometimes there is a bit of crashes and server issues when constructing a survey or a list of ideas for a survey to send out to clientele and have it sent efficiently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
