What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

My reason to use SurveyMonkey is it's user-friendly interface, which makes it easy to create, distribute, and analyze surveys even for people like me who are not good with online application. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SurveyMonkey?

SurveyMonkey is a very good and effective tool however, the pricing is really high and it's not easy to get onboard for small business, so if they can get any model on low pricing would be easy for new business to use it on more frequently. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
