What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

The ease of use while taking surveys made this program efficient and helped learn the materials within. Our company used it to to help support our sales staff in learning new products and tested them at the end, which was very easy to implement with the products we deal with. What do you like best about SurveyMonkey?

Survey Monkey is so easy to use that anyone who has operated a computer can use it. I also really like that there is a free version, and you are not forced to pay if you only use it occasionally. The set up is simple and very customer based. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
