I think the logic could substantially improve, as well as the UI and UX for respondents. I believe it should tell users they haven't completed the criteria of the question before they can move onto the next question, not once they've completed the whole page. Survey Monkey has the great advantage of being usable by those who have no specific skills, because the usability is truly immediate. In about ten minutes, you can learn the main features to become immediately operational. I am very satisfied. SurveyMonkey is efficient and easy to use. It's an affordable way for me to be able to reach out to my firm members to get feedback on a variety of items, whether that be surveys, performance reviews, etc. You are able to customize it, make it look the way you want it to look and send out the way you want. SurveyMonkey is a more affordable alternative to "Premium" tools like Qualtrics, while maintaining most of the functionality that is required for practical purposes (unlike a simpler tool like Google Forms)

For its price point, it offers most things that I would need to create surveys. There's branching logic, answer funneling, A|B testing, etc. I find Qualtrics to be too expensive, so this was a nicer compromise. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We've used Survey Monkey to ask customers if they were satisfied with our services. We were able to collect more thoughts than we would have if we had just sent out an email. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like best is the ability to collect responders information. In an education setting it is not unusual for students or parents to attempt to submit multiple responses. I can highlight what are most likely multiple responses when I submit my results.

Admin likes the Summary Data export for meetings. It allows them to view results and trends at a glance.
