What I like best is the ability to collect responders information. In an education setting it is not unusual for students or parents to attempt to submit multiple responses. I can highlight what are most likely multiple responses when I submit my results.

Admin likes the Summary Data export for meetings. It allows them to view results and trends at a glance.

You can't export the "free" global benchmarks, which was the main reason we bought their premier plan. Then come to find out, their employee engagement survey template is missing tons of the typical (reliable and valid) questions used by every other vendor and they only have benchmarks for about half of the questions they do have. The layout of their questions/answers is inconsistent, which was embarassing until I figured out how to fix it. Their customer support for customers on the Premier plan is lacking - it's very hard to get ahold of someone and the answer is usually, "Sorry, no, you can't."
