Overall, SureMileage is pretty easy to use. Once you can figure out all the shortcuts and the methods that the program uses, it can become second nature to fill out the needed forms. The program allows you to choose your start and end options easily. Instead of reporting your mileage from each place, you can easily decide to continue your trip from your last location. While I believe SureMileage is easy to use, it is cumbersome to learn the system. It would be helpful if the first time you used it, the system had a walk-through to show you how to use it. I was a supervisor in the job that used this program, and I had to explain how to use it to multiple people. The last step to account for your mileage before you can move on seems less than intuitive. SureMileage had all the features we needed to help manage mileage reimbursement for our Realtors. What we liked best about the tracker was the ease of use and accuracy of the data. While the tracker isn't too expensive, the reduction in travel for our agents has decreased the ROI (although it is still a great tool and a money-saver). This is definitely something to consider if travel expenses have decreased for your team post-COVID.
