I live in San Diego and gas is definitely more expensive than the .23 cent payout. They need to do more research on current gas prices near the area I live. Applying for it once, and the reimbursements has been consistent and reliable. I did not have any kind of issues within the 3 years using this benefit. In terms of frequency, this reimbursement has been on a consistent monthly basis. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** I don't understand the reimbursement amount. Another city that has a similar cost of living actually reimburses at a higher amount. My current city population is much larger. If I remember correctly, finding this benefit through my company and applying for it was a bit more convoluted than I would like, so implementing this initially was a bit more difficult. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** It is helping to alleviate the burden of expenses in order to work remotely. ### 10. If the app had a widget or something I could use on my home page, it would make it alot easier. Support tells me to delete and put in manually, which is highly frowned upon per management as it would be almost every transaction. If I delete and manually edit, I am doing the work twice. I've used other trackers in the past that required a lot of edits to trips due to not recording correctly. I like how simple it is to turn off tracking when it is not needed. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** I would like to see the time that you can sit idle before it logs as a stop be longer. Sitting in traffic for a few minutes will create a stop in the system. If you are driving a vehicle for work and putting on many miles, you probably don't want to drive a nice newer car, but you are forced to if you want to be in compliance. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** For the business itself, I believe that it is making expense reporting easier as the users do not have to submit gas receipts. ### 33. This is largely too the amount of battery usage I experienced some years back. I'm happy to say that this is no longer the case and Motus is certainly a net positive in that it saves me time with my vehicle expense and reimbursement. **What do you dislike about Motus Vehicle?** Not to say that it's lacking, but there are times when reminders and notifications would be helpful. Such as when I pause mileage capture, or occasionally forget to pause mileage capture for days off and holidays. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** Motus simplifies my vehicle expenses and keeps everything compliant ### 34. I constantly need to adjust my stop; the app should consider it a stop at any place within a 1/4 mile of known address as the known address. I should not have to click on it to find close known addresses. this one default change would be a huge time saver. If a clint of Motus has many addressing in a small area they should be able to select at that point, but default know address within 1/4 mile of stop is most likely a business stop, but parking in So Cal and other factors cause the missed address. **What problems is Motus Vehicle solving and how is that benefiting you?** My manager knows where I am and how long I am there, frames the conversation about effectiveness, not wasting time asking what I am doing. I also know that the milage I submit it an honest record. ### 35.
