What do you like best about SureLock by 42Gears?

SureLock by 42Gears is best app for field service operations. Lock devices into a specific app or set of apps, prevent users from access other apps or settings. Admin can customize the devices interface to specific users needs. Prevent unauthorized users from make changes, access settings or install unapproved apps. Surelock has an easy-to-use interface that simplifies the setup process. Centerlized console offer clean & organized layout that make device configuration monitoring accessible. SureMDM integration with Surelock is very smooth and admin can centrally manage surelock configuration, enforce policies and track device uses. It provide best customer support on time which is crucial for our businees. Also offer online knowledge base with detailed guide and troubleshooting tips. We are using this service in our organization form last 8 years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SureLock by 42Gears?

Not fully automated for some setups. Some configuration required mannually ntervation or adjustments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SureLock by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

Surelock By 42Gears help in unauthorized access or usage. I can create different profiles as per our business requirements where required application can be download from play store directly. I can restrict access to system setting,device notification center, block USB ports to prevent tempering. Surelock integrates well with EEM solutions such as 42Gears SureMDM as well as third-party MDM systems. We can remotely lock or wipe data of devices to reduce data risk in case of theft or lost. What problems is SureLock by 42Gears solving and how is that benefiting you?

Problems:

management of devices.

Surelock is a software which need to be configured and sometimes configured devices doesn't works well, in this case we need to redeploy the surelock settings jobs or if not then we might need to reconfigure.

Licensing part: Earlier they had a different licenses for each of the services they provided. And now they just have one single license for all the services. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
