Supahub Overview

What is Supahub?

Supahub is a free customer feedback tool to collect, manage, and prioritize feature requests. No more lost or ignored feedback. Unlike traditional methods of collecting feedback through email or chat, Supahub saves you valuable time by consolidating conversations and emails into a centralized platform. With Supahub boards, you can create a dedicated space for feedback on specific topics such as feature requests, bug reports, blog topics, and FAQs. Boards can be either public or private, enabling teams to manage feedback internally if needed. With Supahub, you can easily follow up on feedback by commenting on posts and updating their status as "In-Progress", "Planned" or "Complete". The best part is that only the individuals who voted on the post will receive notifications, keeping everyone informed and engaged. Say goodbye to the hassle of managing feedback from multiple sources and embrace the efficiency and organization that Supahub brings to your feedback management process.

What do you dislike about Supahub?

There's nothing I dislike about Supahub. Been using for awhile and all is good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Supahub solving and how is that benefiting you?

I was looking for a platform for collecting feedback from our early adopters, and having upvote system for feature development, and showing our roadpmap publicly. I've added a top bar on our website (vevy.ai) and inviting our audience to submit their ideas they want to see in vevy.ai. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
