SunFish Workplaze Pros and Cons

SunFish covers various HR Functions including attendance tracking, recruitment, performance management, employee training, and payroll and we can choose specific modules based on our company needs. Also SunFish supporting multinational company to setting a currencies for payroll, automates administrative tasks such as payroll processing and tax calculations while ensuring compliance with labor laws and our company's tax regulations. The functions of SunFish HRIS are various and can be adjusted to the needs of our company. Regarding the thing that I don't like is the UI/UX of the SunFish HRIS system itself which is a bit old and less attractive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sunfish Workplaze is easy to use. For a large company with more than 100 employees, it's very helpful to manage. It's covarage from employee data, attendance data, claim & reimbursement and many tye of reports according to our needs. What I dislike about SunFish Workplaze is the performance evaluation module that still under development, many limitation that needs customization from developers. But team suports from Workplaze will suggest alternative options and optimization. Sometimes our employee experienced error that cannot record attendance. I have been using SunFish for about five years. Each month, I update employee data and process payroll. What I like most about SunFish is its integrated system, which includes leave, attendance, loans, overtime, and employee information. This allows me to process payroll for over a thousand employees quickly and accurately. Additionally, I appreciate the convenience of accessing the system from anywhere. Employees can view payslips, request leave, and check attendance on their own, making it easier for them to access personal information without waiting for the HR team. If any issues arise, the Sunfish support team always responds promptly to provide solutions and feedback.

In my current position, I use SunFish frequently to record & see my teams' attendance data, update personal information, see payroll details & performance review. The things that I like best from SunFish is the user friendly interface, the ease of data integration and the ability to access it anywhere. Since SunFish features mainly depends on the internet connection, so if the connection is slow SunFish would stop responding and the data that I've been filling would be gone so we have to rewrite it all over again. This happens mostly in the perfomance module and if we had a change of position or target, we cannot simply edit it but have to restart the process and rewrite our performance plan all over again. Almost all of SunFish's basic strategy modules are very useful. Especially the Employee module which contains Employee Personal Data and Employment Data, then the Time and Attendance module which makes it easier for the Human Capital Unit to monitor employee attendance and employee leave. Don't forget, there is a Payroll module which makes it very easy & saves time when processing employee payroll. It also includes PPH21 tax calculations. The overall benefit of using SunFish is to facilitate business processes both from the Human Capital side and from the Employee side, where SunFish can be accessed anywhere and anytime.

SunFish can be used anywhere and anytime. User interface implementation makes it easy for users to use SunFish every day.

In our company, the Human Capital Unit uses SunFish on a daily basis while employees prefer to use GreatDay because in our company there are project employees who have more mobility in projects so it is easier to use GreatDay which can be installed on their respective cellphones.

Employees are our customers. With SunFish we can provide better support to employees. For example, when an employee wants to know the remaining leave allowance, we can directly check it via SunFish which has been recorded properly.

We Sunfish Workplaze users since November 29, 2023, the benefits that we feel are very easy to work in the employee self service feature, employee can see and propose whatever they need, and the resources booking feature makes it very easy for us to set up a meeting room without Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Performance Management Feature, this feature makes it easier to deploy KPIs from department level to individual level through performance plan form. The filling process is carried out in systematic manner, monitoring & assessment are also carried out easily through a system that is integrated with the existing approval process. In the performance plan form feature, if there is an employee (manager) have mutation process, it will result in employee below having to submit it again because the performance plan form that was previously submitted is still with the previous manager.
