We strive to have as much out of box content as possible in our App Catalog, but it sounds as if we missed some and I'm sorry to hear that. Given you already use our Slack channels, you might already be aware there are two links that you might leverage. In the event you haven't seen them, please find them here:

(1) https://ideas.sumologic.com - tracks our feature asks where you can add a new idea for content, or upvote if you find it's tracked already.

(2) https://github.com/SumoLogic/sumologic-content - has content beyond the built-in apps. These are community supported.

Philosophically speaking, we strive to make sure Sumo Logic the easiest and most flexible platform for developing and editing content. Reason being there will always be cases, such as with custom app logs, where out of the box content is not feasible.

What do you like best about Sumo Logic?

It is very easy to find the log data that I am looking for. And it is also very easy to create dashboard for monitoring and data analytics purposes. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Some of the queries for older data takes quite long to return. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My name is Matt Sullivan. I'm a Technical Account Manager with our Customer Success team here at Sumo Logic. Thanks so much for taking the time to articulate what you like, and dislike, in the product. We never like to hear about a missed alert and hopefully the details are in a Support ticket that we can run to ground. Today we support single logon switching between two or more orgs, but it sounds as if you use multiple logons within the same org. If so, it probably makes sense to track this in our idea portal at https://ideas.sumologic.com

In addition, we are continually expanding our training options. For new users on your team, we recommend attending a virtual or in-person Sumo Logic Certification class to help you ramp up. From Fundamentals to advanced DevOps and Security Use cases, we offer a variety of classes that studies have shown help double use of complex operators and search optimizations--all while learning some great best practices on querying your data.
