What do you like best about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

you are able to take pictures right from the platform of the are requiring repair. You are able to enter line by line of items that need to be repaired/replaced Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

When you forgot the work order number and enter apartment in the search bar, if you open one W/O and see that it was not the right one, instead of taking you back to the apartment number work orders. you have to start again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

SuiteSpot has changed the way we manage our maintenance processes. It was incredibly quick and easy to set up while still giving us the flexibility needed to manage our maintenance processes across our portfolio. The integration with Yardi is a huge help as it eliminates duplication of work and gives everyone access to the information they need, especially helpful for proving resident damages. What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

Requires some set up if you need to customize your reports and workflows to make sure it is working correctly for your business. Like with any new software, the set up can be time-consuming but once it is done, it is totally with it!! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is SuiteSpot Maintenance solving and how is that benefiting you?

All of our records are now digitized and we can retrieve them at the click of a button. This has helped us with compliance and resolving disputes, as well as making our reporting much faster and easier.

Our building staff found the app really easy to learn and use compared to the Yardi maintenance app we tried previously. Switching to SuiteSpot has given us a much better process for maintenance and work orders that integrates perfectly with our Yardi PMS. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

SuiteSpot is very user-friendly as the platform is very clean and straightforward for those who are not tech-savvy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about SuiteSpot Maintenance?

The purchase order process on SuiteSpot can be lengthy, usually around 30 mins to generate a purchase order number, when other platforms do this instantaneously. In addition, the platform does not allow admins to add vendors, which is inconvenient. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
