Our organization has been very satisfied with the Submittable grants platform since beginning to utilize it a year ago. The platform is very comprehensive and customizable as well as very user-friendly. The training provided was also very thorough and equipped our team to move forward using the platform with confidence. For our organization, it was also very important to be able to offer the application in multiple languages and Submittable was one of the few platforms that offered this functionality without relying on Google Translate. We've been very satisfied with all aspects of the platform. Of course, with a high functioning platform, there is also a significant investment involved so that would be the only challenge our organization has encountered as we are still relatively small and must be very mindful about expenses. I appreciate the ability to assign proposals to our reviewers and for them to see all of the submitted materials for each applicant. I can track who has started to work on their proposal review and they can also see our clarifying correspondence with the applicant in real time. As with any software updates, it has taken a while to get use to the new Submittable platform changes but in the end, it is worth it. We can now link forms (for example, a final report form) to an application so everything is one place. I think customer support was overwhelmed with the changeover and it took a while for them to reply for help requests. I wish you can have a more direct help line without paying a premium. Submittable is a perfect platform for enabling a team (working remotely or otherwise) to review applications while sharing reflections and feedback with each other, and ultimately the applicant. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Submittable is an excellent tool for accepting submissions for any project. Each submission portal is highly customizable, allowing you to change everything from the title to the submission cap to detailed submission guidelines. My nonprofit used Submittable for running a small grants program and we're very pleased with the results. It was intuitive to use both for us and our grant applicants. I liked that we were able to create a simple landing page for our program within Submittable which made it easy to share with others. The application itself was simple to create using drag and drop field types.
