What do you like best about Maple?

Maple is a very flexible billing engine that allowed us to easily support multiple GTM motions in the Cloud and our Self-Hosted Offering.

What do you like best about Maple?

We have been early customers of Maple and have loved working with their founding team. The product is very intuitive and adaptible to many different pricing options. The best part is it ties those pricing options easily into the contracting and subription workflow and process very well.

Contract template builder works well and populates the pricing table into the contract to be sent to the customer.

What do you dislike about Maple?

It can be a little confusing learning teh product at frist to undertand the order of operations when it comes to which processes need to be setup first for each new client. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Maple solving and how is that benefiting you?

Maple is scaling, not everything is ready but most things are. Example here is their connector for data warehouses, which they are already working on! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Maple?

- We were able to provide custom pricing for larger customers and experiment with gradient and volume pricing

- Maple allowed us to move away from Baremetrics for subscription reporting and DocuSign for customer contract signing

-The stripe sync feature made the move to Maple pretty seamless

- Creating contract templates was a little complicated, but only needed to be set up at the beginning

What do you like best about Maple?

We're an AI based product and we were originally seat based. Because we're using certain APIs that are also credit based, we wanted to offer our users a credit based system as well to make pricing more simplified. You pay for what you use!

Maple makes it super easy to deliver credit based billing across a variety of user types and features. We're able to easily integrate Maple and charge how we want on any feature. Would highly recommend! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
