I really like the ability to record your screen, face and audio. Great for communicating with your teammates or just for personal use. You can create videos and edit them. It´s a very powerful tool that we a starting to use for our support and customer onboarding. We created a faq site and now we record everything and embed the videos. It´s the cheapest and easiest way to give customers an excellent support.

The only thing we need is a higher resolution. 720p isn´t enough. But as i heard, it will come soon! With 1080p this will be a no brainer at all. And we need an app very badly. To be able to send message via phone is very important to us. And we need the possibility to be able to track visitors with a pixel on landingpages. I love the customization of the video pages. It makes it a thrill to create customer support videos on the fly, brand it to your company while having a call to action in the video. It is amazing! The only thing I dislike is not being able to fully hide some of the tools in the video and having it record the start and stop of the video. These show up in the video which is not a huge deal, but would like it if I could access tools off screen to start and stop the video without that being recorded.
