While most EDI companies will constantly tell you they're the best simply because they have 20 years of experience, Stedi SHOWS they're the best by guiding you through the entire process. They're not just a software company but they're a reliable team who can guide you through the process.

The team is incredible and the tool they've built has been built to address most use cases of EDI. What this means though is that it's still pretty complex to learn and get onboarded. Great product and API documentation that made building out our integration much easier. As someone who had barely any knowledge of EDI before working with Stedi, I appreciated the wellspring of knowledge from the Stedi folks and their docs, blog posts, etc.
Their customer service is unrivaled. They were proactive in helping us get set up, offering to handle some of the more tedious but necessary steps, and walked us through all of the different components needed for integration and implementation. There are many aspects of Stedi that are fantastic, but the selling point for us was their amazing customer support. Seriously. Our team was on a very short timeline for a new client and Stedi helped us not only meet the deadline but finish the work sooner.
Their team has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable for the entirety of our project. They are always willing to help and will go the extra mile to make sure we get what we need.

Stedi balances a very user friendly experience and self serve tools with hands on support. Our contacts at Stedi consistently help us strategize how best to approach our new EDI projects. They are experts; This is evident in how they have designed their product and how they have supported it's integration with ours.
Our engineering team was tasked with integrating with Stedi within a fairly short timeframe, and we were able to get everything set up in record time. Typically, an EDI integration project would make everyone involved sweat, but Stedi has streamlined this process to the point of painlessness. At points, we have run into use cases or EDI nuances that are not covered by Stedi. In spite of this, the Stedi team is quick to communicate where a feature sits on the roadmap (and often accellerate it). This transparency has been crucial for us to hit deadlines. Stedi is very developer friendly and comes with a lot of things out of the box (including example files and schemas) that make developing EDI integrations just as easy as API integrations. Their platform is improving almost weekly, and the team does a great job of sharing their roadmap.
They have the best customer support, and very smart engineers who are familiar with the wide range of EDI challenges that come up in the real world.
Other platforms we looked sell solutions that are much more expensive, custom, and oriented towards a sort of "IT buyer". Stedi is built for API-native engineers who don't have to know much about EDI to start. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There's a long list of what I like best about Stedi, but the absolute top of the list if the Stedi team themselves. This can be summed up with: Best in class in customer support. My company is a lean startup that moves extremely fast and the Stedi platform and the Stedi team enable us to work through 10+ EDI integrations concurrently, with new partners, in a month. The amount of institutional knowledge and experience that the Stedi team brings to the table is complimentary to an amazing UI & Product. Stedi takes care of 95% of features my company needs to conduct quick EDI integrations. The other 5% need to be queued into Stedi's development roadmap. When we need a feature that encompasses this 5%, Stedi is quick to give us a timeline on when it will be available and goes out of their way to recommend alternate approaches to working around the feature set and getting the integration accomplished.
