What do you like best about Staffing Referrals?

I love the ease of the staffing referrals dashboard. It makes it very easy to track my referrals and to see who my top ambassadors are. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Staffing Referrals?

There is nothing I dislike. It has been nothing but positive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Staffing Referrals solving and how is that benefiting you?

Being able to track referrals. Without staffing referrals, it is easy for referrals to slip through the cracks. This makes it very easy to track and when my Ambassadors are incentivized, it makes them more eager to continue to refer Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I used to have to keep a shareable spreadsheet and it was a pain to have to first locate it, then figure out dates and check it weekly to make sure the employees referring people were being paid. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
