Staff Circle has been easy to use and manage, with improvements coming all the time to make the system more user friendly. We have 390 employees and the platform is able to tell us at a glance high achieve people through to underperforming staff - we're able to have multiple managers review an individual, which works for us as we share labour across the group. Nothing so far, where we have had minor technical issues, these have been easily resolved with the technical team at Staff Circle, who are always quick to respond with clear instructions or Teams call and share how to fix the issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
i like the % scoring for the objectives, its a great way to track progress over a certian period of time. I never had any formal training but being in IT i have found the tool to be straight forward and its become a part of our everday line management duties. Anyone can update their objectives before a performance review including any processes or milestones which have been key to achieving their objective. I think historically it deel a bit sluggish and clunky. The UI was also terrible but seeing the changes made over the last 4 years have made it a lot more smoother. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I like that it is integrated into Teams, however the interaction and inforamtion taht you get and can get are limited to the online platform. Where as alot of companyies are now going for hte UC environment with Teams, teh more integration the better experience for the users.

I dont like that it doesnt block out the whole day in your diary like our previous tool. It just shows it at the top of the calendar day, So some silly people still go and try book in my diary. The AI aspect or bot section on Teams could have better instructions and commands that you can use. It's always a pleasant surprise when you receive an email from 'Staff Circle'. To know that someone, somewhere, appreciated something you did, and took the time to document it. It only takes less that one minute to return the favour and make someone else's day - and it's free! Why not give it a go?

One thing that could be highlighted is StaffCircle's user-friendly interface and intuitive design that aims to simplify the performance review process for both managers and employees. The platform emphasizes streamlining tasks like goal setting, continuous feedback, and review cycles. It gives a comprehensive view of the everybody's holiday and how it affects me. Since I'm a relatively new user of this platform, I haven't noticed anything particularly outstanding yet. Admittedly, getting started with it felt a bit unfamiliar at first, but I've grown accustomed to it over time. Any questions that I have had has been easily answered by the customer service team. You can find out up to date information about the company on the feed, also monitor objectives which require completion and update management via the platform to advise if you are on track with the objectives. I like the layout of the "Time-Off" tab, which shows you in detail, days you have taken off due to sickness or Annual Leave and its very easy to book time off here as well. Staffcircle does let me easily schedule and manage performance reviews for my team. I like that it automatically books in the next review and integrates well with Microsoft Teams to let me know when goals are updated or when reviews are due. There are lots of graphs and charts on the service without the axis labelled and no explanation for what they're supposed to represent. Data without context isn't much use to anyone. Perhaps you could add a (?) button to explain what the charts are supposed to mean.
Setting goals outside of performance reviews seems to be pretty clumsy - I've often gone into a future review and set them from there because it's easier than trying to navigate other ways.
Additionally, deleting scheduled reviews seems to require special permissions that I, as a manager, don't have. Perhaps this is an organisational thing but if I've created a review, I should be able to delete it.
The general UX needs to be improved. For example, it takes several clicks to get the reviewee's feedback side by side with my feedback. There are quite a few examples of things that are quite counter-intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
As a recent upgrade to managing another member of staff, I have found the Holidays authorisation platform an amazing help, the holiday calendar helps me to see if there are any other team members are off which may need to be taken into consideration before an authorisation. Managing holdiays is much easier and I really like the wall as a way of gettin information round the company. We have only just begun using it this year for our reviews/KPIs and so far It has been good. The process has been smoother and we now have official half year reviews which is good.
As mentioned, my favourite thing is the wall and the various types of posts that can be used (polls etc.). It helps reduce email traffic and is an engaging way to get many messages across. This has helped from a culturte perspective. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have yet to fully understand the KPI system but it is only my firtst year using so im sure by the end of the year, it will make more sense.
It would be good to have a poll/survey option that only gives the results to those who have organised as knowing the %'s straight away can sometimes ruin some competiiotns we run etc (maybe there is an option for this but havent firgured it out yet!) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I like the streamlined and user-friendly platform, having not used StaffCircle until my current role I've found the learning and readjusting process to be an easy one. We had some training but in all honesty, it wouldn't have been needed given how easy it is to navigate. It's a great way to track our goals and feel purposeful as we work towards them. I can't think of any downsides! It would be great to know if StaffCircle had benefits like other HR type platforms that offering discount codes and incentives. I love that you've taken this on board and partnered with MIND - a really worthwhile and beneficial charity and donating to them cements your commitment to this and refelcts the care to your users and beyond.
