It's a relatively good price compared to other paging software. It is able to call people in multiple countries and you can create teams and on-call shifts easily. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We use Sentry for logging and Squadcast for paging. Currently, we are not able to mark the issue as resolved on Sentry once we've done it for Squadcast. i've reached out to both Sentry and Squadcast for this issue, and although you guys allow for outbound calls, the Sentry issue URL ends with /<issue_id> , so we're not able to do a batch operation. Hence, it doesn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
We're able to centralice all Incidences in one single application and it was really easy to implement and integrate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes it's hard to find what we're looking for. Better ordering in tables and search-elements would be great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Squadcast is great for alerting you when important services are experiencing high volumes of errors that require your attention. It integrates well with other monitoring tools such as Azure Insights and Datadog. I'm sure there are more but those are just the 2 we use and there isn't any issues setting up the specific rules for when to notify us.
The on-call feature is great so you can have 24 hour observation without being glued to a screen and it doesn't leave any 1 person or teammate being responsible for the whole show. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Sometimes the same alert will continually blow up your phone while you are currently investigating the issue. This is highly aggravating. I know there are suppression rules and other mechanisms in place to limit these alerts manually, but there should really be something built in where if a second/third/fourth alert comes in for the same issue while the first one is still active then it doesn't need to make that awful noise on your phone that disrupts you while working. Squacast Gives real time alerts, also gives an alert schedule which is most effective thing about the squadcast which i like. Also a live site monitoring is a great feature i used and like the most Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is nothing in this squadcast which i didn't like about, i like all the facilities and services provided, countered some bugs while using it but it is negligible to an attention. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Squadcast streamlines our teams communication and colloboration on business critical issues. It has been instrumental in our incident management while reducing support response times which leads to greater customer satisfaction. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I'd love more options for recording capabilities with the tool. The pricing can also be a bit much for leaner teams at new start ups. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

His escalation policy feature and calling to incident management feature are best. best API to manage the user roster and other things. I mostly like support chatbots as well and very helpfull to get the alert timely to take decision to avoid decision. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There is no option to automatically escalate the alert to the next level user if the first level user acknowledged the attention and didn't resolve a long time. And the latest schedule v2 UI is not working correctly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
