Simplicity is the key for squadcast i'm adoring this feature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Lots of very basic features not included in free plan, not all of bussinsses can afford paid plan that's why some free features can make a loyal user maybe will subscrbe one day Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not very user friendly. For example, as an engineer there was no easy way to see a listing of my upcoming on-call shifts. Instead, I would have to go to the calendar for the rotations I was in and look for the shifts with my name. Overriding schedules due to vacations, etc, was also much more complicated than it should have been.
One of my coworkers speculated that this product was designed for the people who make the schedules, rather than the people who are on-call. However, the person who sets our schedules assured us that using Squadcast was just as miserable for him as it was for us.
My company switched to another product, and everything has been much better since then. Absolutely nobody misses Squadcast. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
