The User Interface is easy to use and understand. It was really easy to implement in our organization. The Customer support team usually gets back on time and we have been using it for a lot of contracts simultaneously but we don't face any troubles. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Not a regular user, but there's a struggle to find out what to do next. A workflow that shuttles the contract automatically between parties would make it much more usable.

The product could have been designed like a wizard to show me exactly who does what after each stage. This part is not clear and we have to repeatedly ask support/legal (other parties on the conract) what to do next.

Error messages need to be better and more accurate. If an email address does not exist, then that's what I'd expect to see. Instead, if I see a message that says mailbox is full, that confuses everyone involved. If a particular vendor is blocking the spotdraft domain, again, the error message should say that.
