SpotDraft is a fairly intuitive user interface and is easy to understand. The workflows are also easy to follow. Very easy to copy and share links for signature Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
One downside I experienced (maybe I am missing a feature), when you need to update a contract, I needed to delete the whole instance and create a new record with the updated file. if there was a way to edit the document directly, it would have been very helpful Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spotdraft has helped us create visibility on contracts, decreased manual efforts and set a flow for the organisation as to how to go about contracts in general. Our CSM made sure ut us implemented end-to-end despite so many blockers from the internal team. I have observed a couple of breaks here and there and nothing which I think cannot be fixed. The one big concern is the online MS Word editor. While SpotDraft is a robust platform and the team provides exceptional support, the product/tech is still evolving (which sometimes gets ahead of the documentation of the API, for instance) which has resulted in some hiccups along the way. Overall, the documentation is still lacking in some areas which made it harder for our team to get up to speed quickly, but the support from the exceptional customer success team has helped to bridge this gap.
