Spot has been incredibly helpful with our harassment and discrimination reporting. We use this as a resource for our members to report any misconduct within the league. The tool allows individuals to report anonymously, customize questions, and provides great backend resources to track cases and add documentation. We use Spot for a multitude of things. My favorite is the Sexual Harassment training that they provide. As someone in HR, I've conducted and listened to this training on many occasions.
