I have had great connectivity and have quickly and easily been able to see all our cameras. The insights feature allowing me to see activity in each camera's area is fanatastic to find and identify activities that need to be reviewed. I am easily able to access on my iphone as well. The search feature has worked very well being able to identify a window of time with insights and then preview video in definable time increments. I have a SpotAI window open all day. It is easy to bounce back and forth my different production areas and make sure everything is running. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
My only complaint is not having a 2x, 4x, 8x speed for reviewing video. It is less necessary than in other camera systems since the search feature allows you to breakdown video down into 1 minutes bites if needed, but would be nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
The most helpfull option about Spot AI for me would be the case creation and video sharing. Copying footage to media is a thing of the past and we needed a system with True On-Demand Video Search. The ability to go through footage for say a 12 hour period in under 10 minutes with multiple filters and pattern recognition. my colleauges and myself believe spotai to one of the better inventions in asset/location surveillence. There are times our cameras either do not refresh fast enough or the spotai hardware is involved but it will occasionally cut to green screen. which is unfortunate. Attempting to identify any issues was not possible. I wanted to not like the software .. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Spot.ai gives us the ability to review our inbound and outbound shipping procedures. When our products leave the building we can see how they were prepared and how well we packed them. If our customers let us know something doesn't meet their expectations we can check to see if there was a mistake on our end or the carrier. Occasionally our camera feed wlll be delayed, maybe 10 seconds behind live. Also, infrequently our cameras will go completely green and nothing can be seen. Typically this clears out after a minute or so, but it is an inconvenience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
