What do you like best about Spiky?

So far Spiky has one of the best transcription capabilities I've encountered (my meetings are usually in English). Even when participants have heavy and varying accents, Spiky is sometimes able to pick it up better than myself.

Furthermore the live feedback is great for my new sales, as they are reminded of the important topics they need to discuss during a call.

The team behind Spiky is also great. I needed extra functionality for some software which we use and their team was able to implement it for us (and within a very short timeframe). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Spiky?

At this point there are no downsides. The only downside was a permission setting with how our CRM was set-up but Spiky was able to find a work-around. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Spiky?

Before Spiky, I would either rush to take notes or depend on my memory which were both not preferred. One of the top-notch things about Spiky is how it guides me through my sales calls by giving me live feedback without taking much attention away from the conversation. It helps me realize when I speak for too long, if I should be more interactive with questions, or if changing my tone would sound more convincing. What do you like best about Spiky?

Not only it doesn't make me feel like drowning in data, but it also enables me to accelerate my sales numbers. What do you like best about Spiky?

As a CX leader managing remote teams, I rely heavily on meetings to connect and collaborate. Having Spiky.AI in our meetings has improved the meeting experience—making them more enjoyable and engaging. By handling tasks like note-taking and analyzing action items, Spiky allows us to focus fully on the conversation in the moment.

What really sets Spiky apart is its ability to measure key data points, such as who spoke, for how long, their positivity, and the number of questions they asked. These insights provide a deeper context of team dynamics and meeting effectiveness. We even have friendly laugh as to who had most positive language.

While I appreciate all the features, my favorites are the Real-Time Feedback and Ask Scribe. The former keeps discussions on track with actionable insights in real time, while the latter makes it effortless to retrieve specific details from past meetings.

Previously, my go-to feature was the Custom Meeting Templates, which allowed us to tailor Spiky’s analysis for different meeting types—team meetings, project implementation sessions, voice-of-customer discussions, and customer support interviews. What do you like best about Spiky?

Spiky AI has enabled my sales team to make sure they are executing our sales process to get the best results. By being a sales coach in real time, the sales team has done better discovery calls leading to higher win rates. All the things a sales rep may not remember to do in a sales conversation has decreased tremendously.

What do you like best about Spiky?

Not only does Spiky already do a lot of the things I am looking for in a business meeting transcription service (video recording, action items, assessment of sales person effectiveness, video clips) but the team is always eager to get feedback and discuss potential enhancements that will continue to make my life better as a user.
