My team and I use Spiky ALL the time. I absolutely love the fact that I can keep a meeting to myself or share it with specific team members, or the whole team. Also, the transcripts have been a GAMECHANGER for our business. And, it's super easy to use.... and it keeps the VIDEOS (unlike other tools that only keep the audio).
It's clear that the team at Spiky is continuing to evolve and innovate. With that, there are occasional hiccups. BUT, their team is SUPER, SUPER, SUPER responsive and addresses all issues VERY QUICKLY. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I have some outlier meetings that are SUPER long (4+ hours) and those transcriptions get cutoff. The "coaching" functionality is sometimes helpful, but seems geared towards sales calls. My meetings are almost always internal. Also, the AI summaries are variable in quality, so we just run the transcript through known AI platforms when needed and that does the trick. Before Spiky, I would either rush to take notes or depend on my memory which were both not preferred. Now, Spiky Scribe does everything from a summarization of the main points to the formulation of action items. One of the top-notch things about Spiky is how it guides me through my sales calls by giving me live feedback without taking much attention away from the conversation. It helps me realize when I speak for too long, if I should be more interactive with questions, or if changing my tone would sound more convincing. Call insights are fantastic. As a leader, it gives me both the quick recap and the details. I can then dig into each person on the call, and get specific next steps, as well as EQ level feedback. So far Spiky has one of the best transcription capabilities I've encountered (my meetings are usually in English). Even when participants have heavy and varying accents, Spiky is sometimes able to pick it up better than myself.
Furthermore the live feedback is great for my new sales, as they are reminded of the important topics they need to discuss during a call.

Not only it doesn't make me feel like drowning in data, but it also enables me to accelerate my sales numbers. What I most prefer is how it tells me my strong areas and identifies where I could work on in a simple and understandable way. While I appreciate all the features, my favorites are the Real-Time Feedback and Ask Scribe. The former keeps discussions on track with actionable insights in real time, while the latter makes it effortless to retrieve specific details from past meetings.
Previously, my go-to feature was the Custom Meeting Templates, which allowed us to tailor Spiky’s analysis for different meeting types—team meetings, project implementation sessions, voice-of-customer discussions, and customer support interviews. Spiky AI has enabled my sales team to make sure they are executing our sales process to get the best results. By being a sales coach in real time, the sales team has done better discovery calls leading to higher win rates. All the things a sales rep may not remember to do in a sales conversation has decreased tremendously.

Not only does Spiky already do a lot of the things I am looking for in a business meeting transcription service (video recording, action items, assessment of sales person effectiveness, video clips) but the team is always eager to get feedback and discuss potential enhancements that will continue to make my life better as a user. I cannot think of a dislike. Compared to other similar tools I have tried on the market, Spiky is far superior and feature rich.
